Get Help Today

The Potteries Centre are supporting Get Help Today.
GHT, were the initials of our wonderful son and brother George Henry Thompson. George took his own life in October 2021, just under two months after his 18th birthday. Throughout his teenage years, he coped with what he called “Thunderstorms.” The stormy days were outweighed by sunny ones, happy ones.
George had a love of fashion, especially Adidas trainers. We showed the work to friends and family, many of whom said they would like to buy it as a t-shirt. After several months of deliberation, we contacted Adidas through Rachael, a family friend, to see if we could gain permission to produce the artwork.
In 2024, Adidas kindly granted us a 2 year licence to produce the artwork, which you can see on this site. A percentage of all profits from the t-shirt sales with George’s Adidas artwork on, will go to Stockport based charity Mentell.

Within this site there are links to supportive websites for people who may be needing help with whatever it is that they are struggling to deal with. On every t-shirt that is printed, there is a QR code to scan, which will take you to the Supportive Links Page.
Please feel free to share these links with anyone you know who may be looking for support, but is unsure of where to look.
Mentell is a UK charity that provides groups for males aged 18+ to talk in a safe and confidential space, free from advice and judgement.
