Makers on the Mall event

On Saturday 13th September, holding our first ever “Makers on the Mall” event!

In partnership with Yellow by Keep it Local, this special one-day event will celebrate Stoke-on-Trent’s centenary year by shining a spotlight on the city’s makers, artists, and independent businesses. Around 70 stalls will fill our malls, where you can discover unique creations, from handmade jewellery and original artwork to artisan food and locally distilled gin.

Some of our makers include: local artist Chloe Breeze, Staffordshire Gin & Spirits, Daisy Chains Jewellery, Baking @17, Petal & Pot Shop, and many more! We’ll also have local charities such as Greyhound Gap and Mind, alongside PINC College, who will showcase student artwork in connection with The Potteries Centre’s centenary mural project.

Running from 9am to 5pm, Makers on the Malls will provide a unique shopping experience within The Potteries Centre itself, complementing the city’s thriving independent scene and offering visitors even more reasons to celebrate local talent.
