Every Saturday (9-10am) and Sunday (10:30-11:30am).
From autism to dementia, this hour is for anyone who prefers a more quiet setting.
In support of The National Autistic Society’s Autism Hour, we host regular quiet hours every Saturday (9-10am) and Sunday (10:30-11:30am).
Our centre takes simple steps where possible to create a more accessible experience, such as turning down music and dimming bright lights where possible.
For some people, shopping centres can be a stressful experience. If you see, hear, or feel the world in a different way, we’ll be making simple steps to improve the shopping experience for our customers throughout the year with our Quiet Hours.
These hours are for anyone who prefers a more quiet setting whilst shopping, our friendly staff will be on hand for anyone needing assistance if they need it.

Did you know that children’s toy store The Entertainer also offer Quiet Hours? This happens every day from 9am – 10pm!
Autism friendly screenings at Cineworld
